Noiret: A medium-bodied red, this inky, rich wine exhibits flavors of black pepper and blackberry. Light in tannins.
Chambourcin: A medium-bodied wine with soft tannins, this dry version of the grape varietal gives off a spicy aromatic with plum flavors.
Petit Verdot: Typically used as a blending grape, this Bordeaux varietal is unique at our winery, as it is made from 100% Petit Verdot.
Pinot Noir- Cherry and strawberry flavors with some spice, this wine is light in tannins with some oak in the background. Ruby colored and nicely balanced, this would be an excellent pairing with poultry dishes or traditional home-style cooking. 13.7%
Syrah- A full bodied, powerhouse red! Bold and inky in color. Intense fruit up front followed by a warm lengthily finish. This wine would pair well with the boldest of steaks and other heavy dishes. As intense and concentrated as this wine is, it could also be served like a Port Wine, due to its higher level of alcohol. 16.5%
Dry Whites/ Sparkling Wines/White Port
Chardonnay- A Pennsylvania Chardonnay, this dry white is aged in French oak and has a buttery finish.
Vignoles- The dry version of this crisp, white wine, it has a touch of tartness of green apple, grapefruit, peach, and citrus flavors.
Valvin Muscat (Off-Dry): A deceptively dry wine, this highly aromatic grape varietal is slightly spicy with floral notes.
Reserve Blanc- Our traditional bottle-fermented, brut sparkling wine!
White Port- A spin off the norm-- 100% naturally fermented with no fortification added/18% ABV

This Cornell University hybrid shares its parentage with Gewurztraminer. Aromatic and perfumed with a fruity, spicy flavor, this wine pairs excellently with Asian cuisine or other zesty dishes.
A French hybrid, this versatile medium-to- full bodied wine is dry and nutty in taste. Our estate version is unoaked and pairs with a wide variety of foods.
Semi-Sweet, Sweet and Fruit Wines
Chambourcin (Semi): A sweeter version of the varietal, this red wine gives hints of cherry and berry flavors. The flavors of this wine intermingle well with chocolate and desserts.
Fredonia: This sweet red wine is similar to Concord and has a very grapy finish.
Cayuga White (Semi): This crisp, semi- sweet wine is well-balanced and can be enjoyed by itself or with desserts.
Riesling (Semi): The big aromatic flavors of apricots, peaches, and citrus are evident in this semi-sweet Riesling.
Niagara: This refreshing wine will remind you of a white grape juice with a kick!
Catawba: This sweet, fruity wine has strong aromatics and a very grapy finish.
